As Muddy Boots is in the development stages the future of my dream is like a tiny sprout that grows and grows. I have many hopes for Muddy Boots and can't wait to see those hopes blossom and share them with you all. When writing the story and lore of Shepherd Hills my dream for MB came to life in funny and interesting ways. Personalities of the townspeople and shopkeepers were fun to create. In the beginning MB will be a simple yet unique game, as like a tiny sprout, with tons of room to grow. My hope for Muddy Boots is to be a place where all can come together and experience farm-life in the most wholesome way. 🍀🌺🌻

The Shepherd's Flock: issue 2

 MB Mission: 1st launch will be in Spring 2022

Welcome and Happy New Year from the Muddy-Boots Game Team. 
The year 2021 was hard-working and challenging for MB, however,

it was a very, very productive year. MBG is advancing closer to our

mission launch date this Spring of 2022.

Here are the most recent updates for the Muddy-Boots Game.

Muddy-Boots would like to begin with five or six animal species:



Suffolk Sheep

Holstein Cow

Lionhead Rabbit

Border Collie Dog

Tennessee Walking Horse

Rhode Island Red chicken



We will be adding more diff animal species as we progress.

Based on your suggestions, future MB animals species that have been approved.



Breed: Guernsey Cow

Breed: Appaloosa Horse

Breed: Clydesdale Horse

Breed: Australian Shepherd

Each animal species will have their own:

Traits, Career, Image, Unique profile, Breeding class, Color Description, Realistic Genetics,

Animal Tag Number, Sports/Shows to attend, Date of Birth and Age of pet,

Pets Lineage (3 generations?) Tend and Caring Status: Water, Food, Train, Show



Players will also have their own Note-book:

--Owner of pet may save/add/del/edit HTML notes

--Other players will not be able to view pet owners notebook.

The Shepherd's Flock: issue 1

Welcome to the first edition of the Shepherd's Flock Newsletter. Thank you so much for your interest in Muddy-Boots. Muddy-Boots has been a long time dream of mine, and I'm so happy to embark on this journey with you all. In this special introductory issue of The Shepherd's Flock I'll share a few details of how Muddy-Boots came to be as well as upcoming plans for the future of MB. Maybe some sneak peaks also? 😉

The dream for Muddy-Boots began in 2017. Little thoughts and ideas came to mind while I was taking care of my real life farm pets. As the days passed the ideas blossomed and grew. I felt that making a farm sim game would be an interesting and exciting endeavor. My goal always has been to design a game that I personally wanted to play. So features will be interesting and abundant. My hope for the game grew and grew like a tiny little sprout.

My other project at the time was my rabbit sim game called Cotton-Tails. Cotton-Tails started as a simple forum based game on Webs. Wouldn't you believe it? My plans grew for CT and eventually I started coding a brand new site. Progress was moving slowly but surely. Due to a failure with the database I lost everything. Everything I had coded vanished and I was devastated. Whilst coding Cotton-Tails, Muddy-Boots was always on the side lines. But on those side lines, my hope for Muddy-Boots never faltered.
When Cotton-Tails was lost I thought to my self. Maybe this is a new beginning for CT? After talking with my team I figured out that maybe a new direction may be interesting. Muddy-Boots was back into the spotlight, the farm game that I had dreamed of. The fact that rabbits can be found on farms really sealed the deal.

I wish to thank my wonderful team, Lakia Lynn and Wild. Without your thoughts and encouragement Muddy-Boots wouldn't be where it is today.

Also, a huge thank you to the wonderful artists that have contributed to Muddy-Boots. The artwork is truly incredible.



Upcoming plans, where to start? We have so much in store for you all. Some little tidbits:
